Journal Week 29, July 2026
A bit of a mixed week, weather wise, emotion wise, sleep wise... On Monday, a new coach came, as mine was on vacation. I was a bit nervous, but she was really nice, and I enjoyed my time with her. We even came up with a plan for the next week, so fingers crossed that this will work out well enough. Tuesday, mum came to watch Koa, so I could go to physio, without worrying about Koa. I know I will need to practice with him to be on his own more, but if I know I will be gone a bit longer, especially when the weather will be very hot, I feel better knowing he's not on his own too much. Wednesday was a harder day, as it was Arwen's second heavenly birthday... I tried to get through the day, and it wasn't too easy. Thursday I tried to find a better combination between relaxing and being active. Friday was not too bad, so that was a plus.Saturday was a very mixed day, because I dealt with an autustic meltdown, and I hated it so much... It wore me out a lot, and Koa and I had a long night, which was very welcome. Sunday, we went on an impromptu visit to the Herperduin, a first time for Koa. It was a bit more than he was "allowed" to do, but we had a break at the waterside at the benches, and when we got home, we had a very good rest... I don't know if Koa will ever love the water as much as Arwen and Chance did, but I will keep taking him to it, to see how he grows... I have used Claude to find the bug that stopped the development fully 3 years ago. Claude read the code and pointed out what went wrong.
Right now, with newly found enthusiasm, I created a new branch on top of public lsp branch and have managed to get comms working with rust-analyzer

Hi reader! Hope you doing well.
Today I had another appointment with this doctor or nurse whoever she is to discuss continuing therapy. Lets say, it aint went well. First of all, the appointment took about 50minutes. It felt like forever. I had this once already but ms maam called me that she have more questions so I needed to go back again. Well I wish I aint woke up for this. She spent the 50 minutes asking me if im sure I dont want to take the ssri. I told her at least 50 times already that I dont take medication bc my problem can be solved with therapy. In the end she annoyed me long enough with keep pushing the medicine that I told her to give it to me whatever just make the situation move forward even I know that the medication bring out of me the worst. Funny enough she said she dont want to force me when I just agreed like whatever and she said it is not changing anything with therapy. Anyway she made me so frustrated I ended up crying like a bitch. I felt horrible. The other thing she told me at least 50 times is that if I willing to pay monthly 300for therapy bc kela pays only half. I told her that whatever I will figure out how to pay that while I go to school as I failed that one too thanks to my anxiety and cptsd burnout. It felt like she think im retarded or smt. Rolling the same 2 question like a fucking robot. Also she probably aint speak english well enough bc most of the times she was just stare at me with wide open eyes and bobbing head but it was obvious she have no clue tf I try to say. Anyway she said she discuss with psychiatry if they take me to talk. maybe they have time for me. Well great. Now I understand why every single finnish person I met whos around my age is addicted to weed, alcohol or even heavier drugs. If you cant pay private therapy. just die whatever. The so called happiest country of the world. Anyway, now I waiting again bc its been just almost a year since this whole process started. Im still so damn frustrated. This local health center keep failing me. I seriously hate this place and I have massive stress if I have to go there. In the end I moved forward like absolutely nothing. They pushing and pulling me. Oh lets not mention the missed appointment bc I updated my new phone number in the health center app 3times but they still sent the message to my old phone number. So I have a question for whoever might answer on this. Why do doctors try to force the ssri down on my throat I mean I am numb enough already and I dont want to take pills just bc why not. Why is this the very first thing they want It feels like a gun toward my head. I ask for therapy hoping to get guidance and help to figure out and understand my emotions and my traumas and their answer is medication and numbing. Why
