Drove to my son and his adoptive parents home to go with them and two of his nephews to a special behind the scenes tour at the Milwaukee County Zoo that he won at his place of work. I haven't been to that zoo in decades and it is likely the last time I will go there. It was nice to spend time with my son and his adoptive family. The tour guide was very impressive. He has lots of facts about the history of the zoo and other venues waaay beyond the norm with pics and articles to support the info. We even got to feed the fish in the Amazon exhibit from a walkway above the tank. The icing on the cake was the beautiful weather after a couple of days with wicked storms.

Anne Frank (June 12, 1929 February 1945) for her thirteenth birthday received a diary. She began to write about her life, the people around her, short stories even a novel.
She dreamed of becoming a writer.
War left us only her diary.
It stole the girl, the books she never wrote, and the life she should have had.
Buongiorno. Where it gets dark and smells a little musty. That would probably be a better way to describe it. Ill let Silvana Mercuti know right away! Saluti, Mafalda Cinquetti from
"It's funny - the reasons why these women actually come to share their beds and husbands with someone else are so many: fear, pleasure, jealousy, curiosity, insecurity, fantasy. But deep down, I believe that all women really like being with other women.
Whether men enjoy being with other men, I'm not sure, because when I'm with two at the same time, even at 'parties' with DP and the whole works, I've never seen anything happen between them (which is a shame). If they do it when they're alone, well, that's another story . . . I've shared the intimacy of sex with lots of people, men and women, and I know what I'm talking about. I'm going to be an excellent psychologist, mark my words."
"After going out with couples became routine, and I'd been initiated into the interesting world of swingers' clubs, I came to a conclusion about women: they like being with other women. This story about 'indulging her husband's fantasies' is for a minority. It's a useful excuse. Women are shyer, more reserved, afraid of taboos."
Second Most Bullied School Girl
Growing up as the second most bullied girl in school, my peers never let me forget what I was in their eyes: poor, too skinny, and built like a boy.
While the most bullied girl had the emotional tools to ignore them, my painfully shy disposition forced me into a permanent retreat. I became entirely mute from social phobia, walking fast with my eyes glued to the ground to avoid the vicious circles of classmates who surrounded me to mock my appearance and watch me cry.
To them, I was just the Weird Girlalways the last picked in P.E., condemned as retarded, and deeply misunderstood, despite being a sweet, rule-following student who only spoke when a teacher directly called on me.
My physical reality outside the classroom only deepened the isolation, making me the target for being the poorest child there.
Every morning began with a smoke-filled car ride, and I often arrived at school with a stained uniform, unbrushed teeth, a rats nest of hair down to my butt, and the smell of cat urine clinging to my clothes.
The relentless venom from other kidswho even told me how sad it was for my parents to have to deal with meforced me to develop a hyper-attunement to everyone around me.
Very early on, my emotional development was arrested by a heartbreaking coping mechanism: learning to completely hide my true self just to survive the sting of their rejection.

"I like to talk to my clients. I talk a lot and they end up opening up to me. The things I've heard . . . It's my psychologist side. I'd like to be a psychiatrist, but I know I'll never get into medical school. But there's always psychology, closely related. And that's what I'm going to do, when I go back to my studies. I'll never be at a lack for material."

A hard habit to break
I should try harderIts a struggle. When you find a vice or a hobby its hard to cut down. I dont want to quit, I know need to to but with the landscape changing every week theres always something new to try.I'm talking about craft ale. I love me a stout, a porter, an imperial stout. Typically the higher alcohol and higher calorie beers. I'm trying to drink IPA's but they all taste very similar and I risk the dreaded IPA headache the day after. This is not a hangover, that'sHi proudly Moody.

Journal Week 23, June 2026
June has began! A new week, kicking off a new month! The week started with a long day, as on Monday, early evening, Koa got his first puppy class with my mum and me. And, Koa had some practice with being alone downstairs, while I was upstairs. And... yes, there is more! We're slowly making some good progress with the "sit" and then "give paw" command! Yay for not so little Koa! As the week progressed, Koa seemed to struggle a bit with some of the things he already did nicely. Unfortunately, it also meant that I didn't get the proper sleep that I needed, and I got grouchy at times, and I struggled more with my spoons and emotions. We had a few bad nights, and a few more decent ones. But it was still hard for me to deal with the combination of being tired, being sore, and all these mixed emotions...
