It's been quite a week... On Monday, thanks to the help of my ASS-ADHD coach, I managed to get a quick GP appointment. And, I got meds that are actually helping me, which is a big help, as the pain was driving me instane! On Tuesday, I had physio, and things went a bit so-so. Wednesday, a sweet friend came to visit, and I felt all guilty, as she helped me with so many chores, and I could not help her do the things... Thursday we had a relaxing day. Friday was a busy one, where I helped mum get a new phone, and where mum and I took Koa and Bas to the Hatertse Vennen (a first time for Koa!). Saturday was a very hard and difficult day... It was Arwen's one-year anniversary . Sunday, mum came to visit me, and I helped her with setting up the new phone. I officially entered the finish line with the language school. Last 2 weeks is happening. Thanks to my bus schedule I didnt go to school as it sucks ass to come home. Today I had a teams day, and holy hell I forgot how much I hate my teacher. Unskilled men with his stupid powerpoint and the uummm katsotaaaannnnn..hmmmm kuka.hmmm haluaaaaaaa minulle.hmmmmm fucking jumpscare roulette feels like being a hostage in his stupid power play The man gives me a massive anxiety with this shit. I got it he love the power play, probably he have no words at home but man this sucks. Everytime I have a class or teams or any interaction with this person he take all my energy. Idk maybe hes a jinn or some turkish demon who feast on peoples energy and anxiety. Anyway he pulled the important teacher card today bugging me with my future plans which I have told and written to him at least 5-10times Well I guess he just oopsie forgot it so he can act like he is so important and powerful once again. I wonder how it is his business what do I do after Im finally get out of this schools hostage. I hope I never ever in my life have to even see the C+ again. Anyway 6 workdays left. Im so excited about next friday. Exactly 12.45 I will block all my teachers starting with the energy demon firts in every possible place! Log out of my C+ teams and wilma and delete all school related stuff. It will feel amazing. I looking forward to do it. This is kind of a rage post tho, I not really found a single way how to cope with this man and his stuff so the hate and rage just boiling inside me most of the times. So I thought I will write it out. I just wish schools would check out their teachers more. Not letting people who is incompetent to be a mentor/teacher and teach in adult education. Whatever. Thats it for now. He took already a precious half year from me going to school and not learning anything just bc his existence gave me anxiety from the very first day. Good night world.
As part of my efforts to write more travel diaries, I will bring a keyboard on my next hiking trip that involves a long train ride (starting on Saturday), to try writing on my iPhone. If it works, I will buy something lightweight and foldable. Recommendations welcome.

What a week! It was a hot one for sure... Which, unfortunately, meant that Koa and I could go out on less walks, and I wasn't able to exercise as much as I had wanted. We had a good puppy class on Monday, and I had a good meeting with the ASS-ADHD support lady. Tuesday was warmer already, and Koa went with me to physio, where he did remarkably well. Wednesday we tried to relax as much as we could, it getting even warmer again. The same for Thursday, which was a very sad day, as we had to say goodbye to the big black fluff . Friday we had code red due to the weather. Koa and I did manage to go to physio, and all went well. Yay for aircon! Saturday was another code red day, although it was a wee bit "cooler" (still above the 35 degrees, but less near the 40). Saturday starrted pretty well, until I twisted my back when Koa pulled the leash, and I was back to being in more pain again... Sunday was a hellish day, and it was a challenge to get through it... I really don't know how long I can keep going on like this... Hopefully, on Monday, I can get some help, which I so desperately need... For me, AI is closer to a spell checker, tool, reading aid, and mirror.

I dont use it to expose people. I dont include surnames, email addresses, , locations, or anything that identifies a person.
I use it the way someone else might use Google, a , a grammar checker, or a trusted notebook.
It helps me think.
