I am happy to share my blog has reached 20k+ all time views.
I started around 2020 as a creative outlet in my boring life and it has transformed into an archive of knowledge.
I am not a frequent poster these days, as seen by the blog posts' dates but it fills me with joy whenever I post something.
It's a piece of history, research time and effort being preserved in a textual format for me to go back and read.

Journal Week 42, October 2025
What a week it's been... Started feeling blh due to the aftermath of the Covid-19 infection. I started feeling better on Tuesday, after two long nights of sleep. A shorter night after that, followed by an awefully long day. But... Hopefully the long day was all worth it... A more relaxing day on Thursday, with an earlier bedtime to try and catch up on some missed sleep. I started at the gym again, as I felt almost as good a before the virus, and I really missed the gym. The visit to my friends, and getting Skoosh' new shoes, had been postponed, as we didn't want to risk anything, seeing my friends have some health issues as well. The weekend was mostly me feeling like I was failing, because I was resting a lot, while I had wanted to do this and that... But recovering from both an autistic burnout and Covid-19 also means needing more rest... Several gray days, not too cold during the day (for October), slowly getting a bit colder during the nights... Seeing I have spent several of those days in isolation, it wasn't too bad weather to be confined at home with, I guess...Quick links to the days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Hey Mastodon, do you know any good app, open source, that I can self host on a linux server, to keep a diar/journaly ideally that can include different type of media (photo, sounds...) and that would have client app for mobile phone I can find a few but I thought I will ask here first before making a choice!

Ayer me pas algo normal, pero que de alguna forma me llam la atencin.
Era de noche, y me diriga al trabajo. Como acostumbro a salir con unos minutos de antelacin, decid hacer una pausa de cinco minutos en un parque cercano antes de llegar.
Me encontraba mirando el mvil cuando not que una persona se acercaba. Era una joven, no mayor de 30 aos, muy guapa, de ojos azules y pelo semirrubio. Su corte de pelo era juvenil (una media melena corta que no alcanzaba los hombros y ligeramente ondulada). Vesta un chndal de algodn con capucha, quiz un par de tallas grande para ella. Su delgadez era extrema, y su apariencia sugera que era consumidora habitual de sustancias nocivas. Me pidi dinero, pretextando que necesitaba tomar un autobs. De forma educada, y por simple inercia, me negu. Ella no insisti y se retir con una visible tristeza, como si supiera de antemano cul sera mi respuesta, aunque conservando un mnimo de esperanza.
Percib que, en cierta manera, an mantena la cordura dentro de ese mundo de adiccin que obliga a hacer cosas que uno no desea. Sent una gran pena por un lado, porque tena dinero en mi mochila y pude haberla ayudado por otro, por la situacin en la que se hallaba y, finalmente, porque no haba perdido completamente la dignidad, algo que tristemente es comn en quienes estn en su misma circunstancia.
En esencia, todava era una persona, con todo lo que ello conlleva.
Sigo pensando en ella.

Journal Week 41, October 2025
What a week! Monday I had to place another phone call as the heat pump's pressure was gone again... Tuesday wasn't too bad, until I had a meltdown when things went wonky due to a late appointment for that stupid pump. Wednesday and Thursday went OK enough, I was just a bit grouchy as I didn't feel that good, mostly mentally (although I was still feeling exhausted as well). Friday was a long day, with the dentist, an extra physio appointment, and some guys coming to dig up the garden, again due to the heat pump. Saturday was OK enough, but I started feeling a bit off... Mum texted me and that possibly explained why I wasn't feeling too good either. On Sunday, yeah, I did another test and I felt so rubbish... I got Covid19 for the second time, and it messed up so much... (including some plans that I had been looking forward to for over a month). Ugh... While it seems we will have some warmer days again, and less rain, it's getting less sunny... So it begins. I have 3.5 besties and one of them died today. He was only in his 50s. I won't reveal his name here because there's no point, you don't know him. Apparently he died of a heart attack but I wonder if that had something to do with his drug use as everyone knew he used and sold cocaine for a while when we were teens. I don't know if or when he ever stopped, but my Mom said he was looking bad and thin last time she saw him a few months ago. I haven't seen him in over 10 yearsEvening wanderings through Kyoto Station

One minute you're closer to someone than anyone in the whole world, next minute they need only to say the words 'time apart', 'serious talk' or 'maybe you...' and you're never going to see them again and will have to spend the next six months having imaginary conversations in which they beg to come back, and bursting into tears at the sight of their toothbrush.

Jede Schichtarbeit macht mich ruhiger, wenn ich diese Sonne anschaue.
Es ist schn, die Gelegenheit zu haben, einen Blick aus dem Fenster zu werfen, denn das bedeutet, dass ich nicht so viel Arbeit habe.
Der Sonnenschein macht mich wirklich glcklich. Ich sehe in ihm ein Symbol der Hoffnung.
Eigentlich erfllt mich auch die Nacht mit Hoffnung, weil sie bedeutet, dass ein neuer Tag nher rckt.
