Just two and a bit days left of this year, and then I shall have the great delight of transferring (and reliving) the wonders of my year into my new 2025 diary.
After that is completed, my 2024 diary -complete with all the mistakes I made, and all the things I wrote down that I really wanted to do but never managed -shall go down the garden to the incinerator, to be torn apart and set afire.
And perhaps the tiny waft of smoke it emits as it expires will carry my regrets away.

Drawing back the curtainX-rated art makes waves in Miami
I figured out how to make whole four color glossy double sided of more or less arbitrary page count, and glue or sew them into the bindings of my volumes. This may have made me too powerful.
Volume 11 has 59 photo pages and 66 pen-and-ink factory pages. Over the past 14 days, that works out on average to 9 pages a day. That's a lot!
It's really useful to be able to contextualize my visual art alongside the thoughts that went into it and the analysis that came out, and the booklets are pretty easy to make with an Ecotank and a proper manual guillotine. Fortunately, Rhodia's bindings are tough! All the tip-ins lend a certain stretch and creak to go with the half-to-bursting look, and I'm not too proud to admit all that extra heft makes it feel awfully good in the hand.

This is very sweet and cool.
"Buchsbaums gives rare, personal insight into the life of a : Buchsbaum goes to her last day of school in the morning and celebrates the later that evening. She organizes dances for her , and plays ping pong with her girlfriends while the boys finish their AZA meeting referring to the Bnai Brith Youth Organizations boys chapter, which is still in existence today.
All these women who are saying they love her, Eric Kaplan, Buchsbaums son and a television writer, told the Washington Post. It brings tears to my eyes and breaks my heart in a good way.
