The rehearsals & concert over the
The rehearsals & concert over the past couple of days were coloured for me by finding it almost impossible to centre my tuning (in a bass section of between five and nine players on up to five instruments).
I spent all the time blaming myself for being unable to play reliably in tune, and not considering, until after, that someone else might have been the problem.
This morning I am trying to convince myself that it wasnt me, a pointless and possibly futile task.

It's so bad I had to:
1. rewrite most of the init code for member variables in almost all widgets so the expectation of "WidgetA" from "child C" of MainWindow is available when "WidgetB" emits a signal.
2. currently debugging memory leak when MainWindow is closed - huh
Yup, I have a WindowActivate event that triggers a "status" update and ALL important widgets listen to the signal emitted by THIS fn to update the state.
3. A connect() is causing seg fault right now when I update the widget's state multiple times in a row. (still haven't checked this out yet)
4. clang-tidy is labelling cosmetic things like "Class *obj = new Class()" into "auto *obj = new Class()" and my OCD is annoyed.

Some very busy days... But... PUPPIES! And some of the usual appointments, chores, and things like that... Meeting the pups for the first time on Monday was so lovely! Doggy sitting all the galls and pups was wonderful, but I was super exhausted. So, Thursday came, and I tried to get all the German groceries for mum and me, but the rest of the day, I wasn't worth too much... On Friday, I was feeling a bit better again. Saturday was a good day, with a lovely walk. Sunday was more relaxed, a good way to end the week. Looks like we may be getting some nicer weather again this week... Hopefully, as sping comes, we'll start having better weather again. Could be good for some garden work, maybe... Today I wear a part of jeans and wide head shoes and a thin black down jacket and a sweater. Dad say they were trynna help me, but I study engineering and the flashing light does trouble my sight in normal day. However today I parked my bike hurriedly and left the light on and 1h later to find out and I feel bad and also thought in this case no one would touch the light but with me, the two men trynna let me turn it off. In rainy day lights flashing is a must because the raindrop on my eye glasses reflecting the traffic light and traffic's light is not a another scooter but a getting bigger light source is one.

Journal Week 11, March 2026
A mixed week, both health/emotional, as weather wise. Monday, I tried to relax, after finishing the chores. Tuesday was my usual PT day again, although I did provide Skoosh with a well needed shower. I tried to relax on Wednesday, but I still kept feeling dreadfully tired. Thursday was the usual groceries day, and I went with my parents for their taxes. Friday I had my physio, which was very welcome. The weekend, I was so exhausted, that I struggled with getting anything done. Which frustrated me even more, because I felt like I wasn't doing my best, that I was not making an effort. Which, of course, didn't help me to feel any better... The weather wasn't too helpful either, so because of that, and my sore body, no garden work has been done... Which I was bummed about as well... Less warm, some more rain, but I guess it's not too bad, seeing spring just arrived...
