I'm not sleeping much, and the sleep I do get is poor. It's mostly due to the pain. That doesn't help with resting or healing. I only slept for 2 hours..
My little notebook is close by so I can track when I can finally take something for the pain. It's been a very difficult end summer.

It's been quite an emotional and exhausting week. It started with the stress and anxiety over Koa and the plushies tail. I had physio on Tuesday. On Wednesday, mum and I went to the hospital. My splint got adjusted, which was very painful. I got some new exercises. And when we got back, two friends came over to meet Koa for the first time. On Thursday, I tried to relax a bit. I have not been sleeping too good at all, and with all the stress and emotions, I just felt so exhausted. Mum came over on Friday with some groceries. And she helped me so I could take a shower. I tried to relax during the weekend, but somehow, I kept feeling so terribly tired. Koa got spoiled on Sunday afternoon, as the neighbor and her son took him out on a nice walk. I remember well my self-finding periods as a teenager by writing "horrible" . No stuff to be read by others but what helped me to become me.
Very late in life, I relearn how much it can help to write little notes against the feeling of being overwhelmed. Each crooked selfmade sentence helps hundreds of times more than chatting with a slop bot.

It's been quite a week... Dealing with my own health issues. Dealing with Koa's health issues, with an extra cause of worry being added to the pile of crap on Saturday to Sunday night. On Monday I visited the GP. We had a good talk, she ordered meds for me, and then the pharmacy did something that messed me up quite badly. The hospital was making a mess of things too, which got resolved on Tuesday, after causing quite a deal of stress as well. Wednesday, I needed to unwind from all the crap that had been happening the previous days. Thursday was OK enough, I guess. Friday, I went back to the hospital, where they made a few adjustments to my splint. It was a bit better now, but during the weekend, I noticed some other spots that weren't too comfy as well. On Friday to Saturday, Koa gave me a bit of a scare. When all seemed to be OK again, Koa "decided" to do the next dumb thing, which had me worried a lot, and when Sunday ended, it wasn't sure yet how this worrysome thing would end...
